At this time, I am private pay only. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Most of my sessions are 50 minutes long but sometimes people find they need a little longer. I'm happy to discuss additional session length and pricing if you're interested.
Change is hard and there's no one size fits all approach. I typically recommend weekly therapy for the first 3 months as we get to know each other and build up trust. Bi-weekly and monthly appointments may be helpful for those further along in their healing journey.
The consultation call is our first chance to feel each other out. We'll hit on what's bringing you in, how Beautiful Things Therapy works, scheduling, and whatever questions you have for me. If you decide to move forward with services, we'll set up a meeting on a secure video platform. During the first session we will review my practice policies and procedures and get clear on your goals. Please know that not everyone likes everyone and that's okay! If either of us feels like we're not a good fit, I am happy to provide referrals.
